In
the quest for excellent in whatever field you are in, the journey to achieve
your next pinnacle or platform is rather bumpy for some but monotonous for
others. In metaphysics field, to search for the essence is rather a difficult
task and Feng Shui in particular. In those days, metaphysics were exclusively
for the imperial ruling or exclusive few elite community leaders. Some inherited
such essence till today but sad to say due to selfishness most will keep only to
themselves. In ancient world teaching to mass was not possible since the essence
of techniques were not taught openly in public. Today, metaphysic classes were
taught openly, many teaches openly but not the essence or some do not even know
the essence as they claimed, some teaches the essence according to his or her
mood or liking. Some even charged heftily for certain knowledge. Some will not
pass the essence to other pupils but his son. Some essence and knowledge were
therefore lost in transition, such valuable essence were a lost of a nation.
May
I suggest that Chinese community is selfish community that stifles the
creativity as well as the progress of a nation as a whole? This can be seen that
Chinese invented compass but Marco Polo was the one conquer the world by using
compass. Chinese also invented the fireworks but American was the one who sent
person to moon by using the same concept. The concept of Yin (0) and Yang (1)
invented in China 4,000 years ago but a Germany scholar who catalyzed the
invention of computer by using such concept. The list will go on. If some
masters stay at the same paradigm as they were, then the world of metaphysic
will forever stay the same and labeled as superstitious.
A word to all masters out there, the
success of promoting metaphysic is as much as you allow it to be!!
72 Mountains and 60 Penetrations七十二穿山六十透地
This
is an ancient wisdom in accordance to ancient methodology to differentiate
dragon as well as the direction of which the dragon enter the confining area.
The focal point where the ‘offspring’, ‘father’, ‘wealth’,
‘status’, ‘San Xi’, ‘Pa Men’, ‘Ser Qi’ and ‘Lu Ma Kui Ren’
are determined to dictate the wealth and fame of such setting. In other words
this method is to tap into the actual dragon energy from certain detail
direction and transpire into beneficial outcome.
Let us
examine why there is 72 mountains and only 60 penetrations. The 72 mountains are
made up of 3 sets of original 24 mountains and the middle of the 8 Stems and 4
corners are said to be ‘Big Space Peril’ and should be avoided and that left
with only 60 Penetrations. It is believed that the 12 ‘Big Space Peril’ is
contaminated with mixture of unclean energy and should not be used.
The 60 Penetrations are also known as 60-dragons or Jiazi. The application should consider the seasonal periods. We have
24 seasonal periods per year that divided equally we have 15 days as a period.
We also know that we have 12 Chinese hours per day and with that we have 180
Chinese hours in 15 days. These 180 hours divided 3 cycles and that add up to be
60 hours per cycle, and that cycle we called it Hou ‘候’
or Weather. We now have 60 Chinese hours as one Hou and we divide that with 3
‘Hou’ to come out with every 5 day that is a Hou. With every season divided
into 3 Hou we come to conclude that every season should have upper, middle and
lower Hou.
